We’ve received a few calls from clients and colleagues regarding our office building in Waitsfield, so we wanted to share a quick update.
We're Not Going Anywhere
Yes, the building is for sale. No, Mad River Valley Real Estate isn’t going anywhere! Our partner, David Dion, owns the property and is beginning to plan for retirement. David has an incredible farm in Costa Rica and is looking forward to spending more time there and traveling the world.
The three partners thoughtfully discussed the timing and optics of marketing the building for sale. Steve Robbins and Erik Reisner are not currently in a position to purchase the property themselves and fully support David if the time feels right for him to sell.

This creates a wonderful opportunity for someone to own a well-cared-for, updated multi-use property in the heart of Waitsfield!
