Mad River Valley Real Estate Sales for the Month of September
Statistics were taken on the last day of the month from the
Northern New England Real Estate Network.
The towns of Fayston, Moretown, Waitsfield and Warren were included.
Sept 2014 sales (19) have picked up compaired to Sept 2013 sales (17) and inventory is down a touch - 426 properties in 2013 and 417 properties in 2014. Let's hope that October sales continue this trend.
