Mad River Valley Real Estate is excited to announce Brian Kitchens is joining our Sales Associate team!
Brian brings over 10 years of experience in New England’s real estate industry. While providing seasoned knowledge and professional insight of the real estate market, his main focus has always been the client experience and developing long-lasting relationships. Brian’s philosophy encompasses responsiveness, integrity, and unwavering commitment to go above and beyond for each of his customers and clients. His warm and approachable personality creates a comfortable and enjoyable setting for both long time residents of Vermont, as well as first-time home buyers, sellers, and investors in The Mad River Valley.
Brian's real estate career began in 2008 in Boston. In 2012 he founded Encore Realty, a boutique residential real estate firm, where he lead his team to complete over $150MM in sales and 2,700 rental transactions. He graduated from The D'Amore-McKim School Of Business at Northeastern University with a concentration in marketing and minor graphic design. His background includes several years of advertising, and construction. He is a Landmark graduate and has completed the curriculum for living and communication courses.
An outdoor enthusiast at heart Brian enjoys skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and sailing. A longtime Sugarbush and Mad River Glen season pass holder, Brian and his wife, Sasha, also earn their turns in the backcountry with their coonhound/lab, Bruiser.
