Mad River Valley Real Estate Sales for the Month of August
Statistics were taken on the last day of the month from the Northern New England Real Estate Network.
The towns of Fayston, Moretown, Waitsfield and Warren were included.
August inventory was still high. On the bright side, there were 12 closings and 36 properties are under contract. Compared to 10 closings and 27 properties under contract in July.
August also saw the largest residential sale so far this year.(A Fayston property closed for over $750k.)
